DISCREET SHIPPING
All packages are shipped discreetly in a plain box, envelope or USPS Priority box. The word lingerie does not appear anywhere on the package.
SHIPPING METHOD
We use UPS, FED EX, US Postal Service to ship your packages depending on shipping addresses and items. Some times multi-item orders will ship separately to expedite service. You will not be charged additional shipping. Leather and Shoes can only be shipped Fed Ex or UPS. Neither delivers to a PO Box. In the event, the shipping carrier cannot delivery the item we will contact you to arrange an appropriate carrier.
SHIPPING TIME
All orders are processed within 24-48 hrs of placement. Most orders are shipped same day of placement. Delivery times vary depending on location and variables. We have 4 shipping methods, Standard, Express, and Overnight Express and Overnight with Saturday delivery. Standard Domestic shipments usually arrive between 2-10 days of placement. Express Service usually arrives 1-3 days of placement. Overnight Express will arrive next day if placed by noon eastern. Overnight with Saturday Delivery will arrive on Saturday if place by noon eastern
TRACKING NUMBERS
On the day of shipping we will email you the tracking # of your package(s). Please know you may receive more than one email for orders with items sent in separate shipments. You can also log into your account to see the status of your order at any time.
SHIPPING RATES
*Standard shipping rate is $4.00 plus 10% of the cart total. (2-10 day delivery from date placed)
*Express shipping rate is $14.00 plus 10% of the cart total. (1-3 day delivery from date placed)
*Overnight Express shipping rate is $20 plus 10% of the cart total. (Next day delivery from date placed)
*Overnight with Saturday Delivery is $30 plus 10% of cart total. (Saturday delivery if placed between noon on Thursday and Friday.)
